PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS

1. Make sure that your name is on the admission list

2. Confirm your O' level certificate with your HOD

3. Re-comfim your Olevel certificate, JCHEW, MLT, EVT (where Applicable) with the Vice Principal and collect entrance slip.

4. Go to the College Bursar to ascertain the correct fees, pay correctly and photocopy your Bank Teller.

5. Return to Bursar's office 2 days to change your bank teller to official receipt.

6. Submit your stationeries to the store officer (only correct quality as prescribed by the school's store officer will be accepted).

7. Report to the Vice Principal for documentation and present the following
d. Entrance slip
b. Photocopy of Bank Tellers
c. Passport photograph for 1D
d. originals and photocopies off your results/certificates (computer print
outs).
C. Your receipts obtained from the bursar and
f. Clearance from the store officer
g Collect your admission letter and ID card after submitting letter of undertaken from your parents/guardian and Biography.

8. Return the entrance slip to the Provost Office

9. Report to Admin office to open your file (Documentation)

10.Return to the HOD for the departmental requirement and class allocation

11.Those wishing to live in the school Hostel should proceed to the accommodation officer for Hostel allocation.
